The Insight eFSR App will streamline & strengthen the Service network of Insight, pan India.The app will allow Insight’s backend team to allocate service requests to designated service engineers in every region.
The service engineers in turn will be able to track all open service requests, complete tasks, fill in details, take a digital signature from the customer and close requests.The following are its key features:Work offline - Forms can be filled out with or without connectivity, and are auto-sent once the network is restored.Dispatch for greater efficiency – Backend team can dispatch partially-filled forms to Service engineers, thereby, saving time for the SECapture signatures - Collect authorization via signature capture straight on the device using the touch screen.
Scan QR and barcodes from the device and integrate them directly into the forms.Submit forms to the office in real time - Email sent to the customer and Backend office from the app itself
